![]() This is compounded if the lively cauldron dodges an attack and you can no longer provide 15 damage to save your smouldering compatriot on that turn. Pot damage! I've been seeing an average of 9 damage per turn inflicted to pot dwellers (the pot seems to 'tick' a few times each turn, roughly 3 times per turn for 3 damage each tick). The Hag grabs your vestal from the back rank, you effortlessly strike the pot, and now you've a vestal in the front with heavy wounds (which brings me to my third point!) Into the pot they go, and suddenly no one is in the right position. ![]() I've had a surprise attack go from bad to worse in a heartbeat. We all know how important party makeup is. Number two, we have constant party reconfiguration. Having an entire team recieve dice rolls multiple times per turn throws this idea out the window. Taking damage during boss fights isn't necessarily a bad thing with these tough fights, deathblow mitigation seems to be forefront. The major issue with this encounter is the bosses penchant to attack multiple times, with an area of effect move, no less. So, wondering if it was just me, and in the interest of pushing the EA build to the limits, I've thrown several party compositions at this boss to see just why this particular one was givng me so much grief, and I've concluded that the Hag needs some extra work. I've beaten this boss, but not without several failed attempts. ![]() ![]() I've managed to clear most of the bosses, but none has given me as much trouble as the Hag. Some twenty hours in, I'm no stranger to difficuty. ![]()
